We want our Matraex partnership program to make you feel more successful and confident in your business. If you don’t look good we don’t look good! We want to work with professionals who demonstrate these qualities:

• Enjoy adding value for their clients and actively seeks opportunities to help their customers grow.
• Work with clients that need more than a typical “off the shelf” solution to web design and development
• Understand the breadth and quality of service that Matraex can provide, and is familiar with our process (click here to learn more about our portfolio of services) (Hyperlink on the word PROCESS to the “What does Working with Matraex Look Like” section)
• Has an understanding of the business needs that lead to custom website or application solutions.
• Knows their client’s budgetary limitations and requirements and can appropriately identify project potential. (Matraex preferred project price range is between $10K-$100K)
• Regularly touch base with Matraex on potential leads and seeks guidance on selling opportunities.

Before signing a Matraex agreement, it’s important to know if you are the “Partner Type.” In order for everyone to feel successful we should have our expectations managed and know for sure that we’ll be able to collaborate. Ask yourself these questions:

1. Do I prefer to work with others or alone? There is no shame in being a lone wolf. Many people set out in business for themselves because they felt they could do the job better that way. Many times, however, people realize they need the experience and talent of others to better serve their clients and learn how best to do that when there is a need. If this is the case with you, great! However, if you truly need to always be in control, make all the decisions without consulting anyone else, partnership with Matraex may not be right for you.
2. Are we compatible? Do we share values, motivation and work ethic? Are our skills and abilities complementary? Can we trust one another? The way to answer these questions is to check us out thoroughly. Talk to us, our clients and other partners. Ask us the hard questions. We will do our best to communicate well and respectfully, and we expect the same from our partners.
3. Can I talk through the issues? Stuff happens! The important thing is to be able to talk about issues and resolve them. It doesn’t benefit anyone — especially the client — if we bottle up our thoughts and feelings, as they may be very important to a successful project outcome. Respectful communication of ideas and feelings are key to our mutual success.

1. The Agreement: Enter into a Partnership Agreement with Matraex. At this point, we may have one or more conversations or meetings to determine the scope of an agreement. Every agreement is unique and offers a % of every sale to you with payment as invoice are paid by clients.
2. Identify: You may have already identified a need inside your client base, and that’s great! We also want to know more about who you are serving so that we can help you to identify potential opportunities that will make you look like the hero to your customers! This is where we meet in person to learn more about one another.
3. Project Proposal: At the time that your/our client is ready to receive a project proposal, Matraex will provide a proposal and schedule a proposal review / approval call or meeting. You can choose to be as involved as you want, but we can take it from here and keep you in the loop. We work as long as it takes to refine the project definition (scope), the budget and the timeline to be something that can be accomplished. Again, we want to make you look good in referring us to your client!
4. Project Work: Upon final approval of our proposal. Matraex does the development of the project. Matraex uses the Agile Software Development process. Through the project, your/our client can expect:
   a. Weekly or biweekly project status/spring meetings
   b. Delivery or deployment of completed work phases
   c. Periodic milestone or phase meetings for larger projects
   d. Prelaunch/Launch/Post Launch planning and review
5. Completion: Matraex works to define what ‘Done’ looks like in the project. When a project completes, we connect with the project stake holders and partners to confirm the completion and celebrate the success
6. Next Steps: As part of the completion meeting and as periodic follow-ups, we talk about next steps for support, upgrades and future projects.
